Since 2000, I have been doing the short scar or “lollipop scar” breast reduction and lift. This technique, if done correctly, will give you a better shaped and more projecting breast with a vertical scar that you can hide in your bikini top. Patient satisfaction is extremely high due to reduced scarring, improved shape, long term shape retention and preservation of good nipple sensation. Breast enlargement with silicone gel or saline implants is a very popular procedure that I do in my office. Women seek breast enhancement to better balance their figure, increase the fullness and projection and also to enhance their self image and confidence. Breast augmentation has a very high satisfaction rate if you have realistic expectations; you are healthy and have fully developed breasts. Many women seek this procedure after weight loss and pregnancy which can affect the shape and volume of the breasts. Gynecomastia is a very common condition and the number one operation I do on men. Excess breast tissue in men can happen at any age, but most are residual breast tissue which does not shrink after puberty. With weight gain, men can have excess fat deposit in the breasts. In older men, certain medications can cause breast enlargement. Most men are very self-conscious of this condition and they would never take their shirts off in public or on the beach. Labiaplasty Vaginal Rejuvenation My labiaplasty technique involves a wedge resection (centrally or superiorly based, depending on anatomy) of the excess labial tissue and the outer suture line closure falls into the fold between the labia majora and minora and the inner suture line is toward the vaginal opening. This preserves the normal labial edge and color, does not affect the vaginal opening or distort the clitoral hood. If a woman has excess skin over the clitoris, this can be removed at the same time. All the sutures I use are self dissolving. I perform all my surgeries in our AAAASF certified office surgical suite which provides full privacy unlike a hospital.   View gallery
