The body lift procedure is performed on post bariatric patients as well as patients who have not had weight loss. The body lift transforms patients that have experienced massive weight loss and have excess skin.

5' and 149lbs preop and 5 months postop bilateral extended arm lifts and abdominoplasty after massive weight loss. She lost over 140lbs. The arms had 3lbs of skin removed and 12lbs of skin was removed from the abdomen. At a second stage I will do a lower body lift and thigh lift. The patient is not interested in breast lift.
