Ordering

Bellevue Plastic Surgeons order forms request data from users including: Contact information such as name and shipping address; financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number. This information is used for billing purposes to verify that the customer is of legal age, and to fill customers' orders. If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the user. This information is harvested from a secure area and encrypted for our customers' protection. It is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.

Delivery Method and Timing

For standard delivery, Bellevue Plastic Surgeons charges a base rate of $9.95 per order, plus $1.25 per additional item. Shipping rates may vary based on weight and quantity. (Orders to AK will include an additional $5.00 charge.)

In most cases, Bellevue Plastic Surgeons offers three delivery options - Standard, Priority, and Express. The estimated delivery times and costs of these options can vary based on the weight and availability of products. (Quick-selling or rare items may be back-ordered up to a few days.) While under many circumstances we will go with priority mail. Once an order is placed, 3-5 days business days for delivery.

When placing a Bellevue Plastic Surgeons order, all delivery options available for your shipment will appear during the "Confirm Order" step of the checkout process, showing the costs and estimated delivery times for each based on your particular order. (Some states allow only standard ground shipping for alcohol.)

Return and Refund Policy

Changing or cancelling an order

While we try our best to accommodate order cancellation or change requests, the timing for such requests is critical. Once our warehouse has begun packaging and shipping your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop the shipment.

Cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible after placing your order by calling our Customer Care department during business hours at (425) 450-1994.

If we are not able to change or cancel an order because it is already in process or shipped, recipients may refuse delivery if they no longer want the order. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, a refund can be requested, less shipping and handling charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Credit card refunds - policy

Bellevue Plastic Surgeons processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase. Returns are credited upon receiving the returned shipment. Once a refund has been approved and processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Refunds should post to your credit card within 5 business days (but depending on when your credit card company processes the refund, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the paper statement you receive in the mail).
